Supported REQUEST/DELIVERY types by PRIMIRO

Primiro allows publishers to choose between  two main delivery methods:
Normal Delivery and Direct EMAIL DELIVERY.

Normal Delivery method will allow your users to get an account in Primiro, have a central storage place for all the requested content - the Primiro Library and will allow them as well to share YOUR content with their friends,family and collegues.

The second method - Direct EMAIL DELIVERY skips all registration procedures and account creation, and allows a straight simple delivery of ANY content directly in the email of the user.


A) NORMAL DELIVERY

Users can request content, information and files by SMS through Primiro, using three different ways:

1) SIMPLE CONTENT REQUEST

Users only text the CONTENT CODE and Primiro will send them back an SMS message with their account details - username and password.

They can directly log-in to their personal Primiro Library and download the requested content from there. 
When they first log-in to their Primiro Library, they will be asked to supply a valid email.
The next time they request content from Primiro, they will get it simultaneously in the supplied email box and their Primiro library.

Example of a SIMPLE CONTENT REQUEST through Primiro:

   SMS message: "PRIM113 "

   where:
- PRIM113 is the CODE of the CONTENT, the user wishes to send/share with his friends/collegues


2) EMAIL SHARING REQUEST

Users of Primiro can as well share any content with a friend if they know the exact email address.


Example of an EMAIL SHARING REQUEST through Primiro:

   SMS message:  "PRIM113 name@somedomain.com"

where:

- PRIM113 is the CODE of the CONTENT, the user wishes to send/share with his friends/collegues
- name@somedomain.com is the email address to which the user wishes the information/ files/ cotent to be delivered

3) MOBILE SHARING REQUEST

    Any owner of a mobile phone can send content to up to two people , by adding their mobile numbers in the SMS message.

Example of a MOBILE SHARING SMS through Primiro:

   SMS message:  "PRIM113 xxxxxxxx yyyyyyyy"

where:

- PRIM113 is the CODE of the CONTENT, the user wishes to send/share with his friends/collegues
- xxxxxxxx is the mobile number of the first person
- yyyyyyyy is the mobile number of the second person


    This feature is not supported in the United States of America.

B) DIRECT EMAIL DELIVERY

If you choose to set your account in PRIMIRO to "DIRECT EMAIL DELIVERY" mode,
users will directly receive the requested content in their email box, without any registration in Primiro.

Example of a DIRECT EMAIL DELIVERY request through Primiro:

   "PRIM113 name@somedomain.com"
where:

- PRIM113 is the CODE of the CONTENT, the user wishes to send/share with his friends/collegues
- name@somedomain.com is the email address to which the information/files/content must be delivered.


Note: if this DELIVERY mode is used, the email is MANDATORY. In other words, if the SMS request contains only the CONTENT CODE, Primiro will return an SMS with an error message.
