For businesses that use Primiro to deliver content:
1. How long do article codes stay valid?

Article codes stay valid for as long as you want them to.
2. How long does it take to get started with Primiro?

Your Primiro account can be up and running within 72 hours.
3. Can I upload any type of content to Primiro?

No. Certain content is not permitted. Before you upload
any content to Primiro, read
the terms of service regarding customer content
4. What is a Custom code?

This is your branded short code to which your subscribers
send text messages.
5. What is a vanity code?
[ Close ]
A vanity code is the text label you create for a piece of content. It’s the code that people put in the body of their text message in order to request information.
For example, if you have a brochure for a plasma TV, you can create a vanity code like, “BEST TV EVER.”
6. What file types can I upload to Primiro?

Primiro supports a wide variety of file types, including
*.PDF, *.WMV, *.MOV, *.DOC, *.PPT, *.SWF and more!
7. What type of reporting does Primiro capture?

Primiro has detailed usage-tracking and reporting that
can be viewed online
or saved for offline use. Specifically, Primiro
tracks:
- Who downloaded the content
- Whether they downloaded the content or had it emailed to them
- How many times the content has been forwarded
- The number of people who request content that are your subscribers, are not your subscribers, and people who are interested in becoming your subscriber.
8. Does Primiro support Premium SMS (Additional charge to the end-user billing through the carrier)?

As of right now, Primiro does not offer Premium SMS—a way
for content owners to charge a fee for content. Look for
Premium SMS (Micro Payments) to be available fall 2008.
