1. What's a Primiro Library?

The Primiro Library is where your requested information
is stored. Think of it as a "Library" where you can
store, search and organize information; then share that
information with others. As a subscriber, you have free
use of the Library.
2. How much does my Primiro Library cost?

There is no charge or fee to use your Primiro Library.
3. Will I be charged for sending a text message (SMS) code to Primiro?
[ Close ]
You are charged by your mobile phone carrier for text
messages (SMS) based on your rate plan.
4. How do I opt-in (sign up) to Primiro?

To opt-in and get your Free Primiro Account just text
this number 88411, with this content code PRIM113 in the
body. You will instantly receive a text message with
instructions.
5. How do I share content I've collected on Primiro?

There are two ways to forward content: You can forward
information by clicking on the forward link next to the
content item in your Primiro Library. The recipient of
your forward will receive a message, with a link to the
article. It's up to them to decide if they want to
download the article. You can also forward a message to
an email address from you mobile phone. Send a text
message (SMS) with the article/content (space) email
address in the message body.
6. Can people use Primiro to send me spam?

Primiro cannot be used for solicitation of any kind
without your permission. See Terms of Service for details.
7. If I change my phone number, can I still access my account?

Yes, Sign-in to your account and change the phone number
in your profile.

10. Why is my access to my Primiro Library blocked?

You could be blocked for several reasons; suspicious
activity, Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
You can also be blocked if your carrier has deactivated
your mobile phone number.

11. My favorite magazine doesn't have Primiro content?

12. Can I use my US mobile phone to request Primiro content in Europe (or vice versa)?

No, short codes are country specific.
13. Do I have to subscribe to Primiro?
[ Close ]
No, we only ask for you to complete a simple registration
form. Your Primiro Library is absolutely free!

15. How do I opt-out (close my account)?

To opt-out from our SMS service, you can text STOP to
88411 from your mobile phone and we will unsubscribe you
from our SMS text messaging service immediately. You can
also unsubscribe through your profile page on the
website. You will not receive any additional messages.
16. If I close my account, can I re-activate it later?

No, once you close your account everything is erased, and
you have to start over.
17. How many articles I can store in my Primiro Library? (Will it ever get full?)

You can request as many articles or other available
content as you want! Your Library never gets full.
